This is an unused Rixson 0642E electric closer/holder. Once wired into existing alarm systems, this will close doors that have been held open in order to prevent the spread of fire and smoke. This unit is non-detectored. This door closer is in near new condition and has never been used or mounted.
There are two mechanisms in this package, the hold open mounts on the pull side and the closer mounts on the push side.
Please take note: There are no screws included in this package.
