    Description

    FALCON SC60A DOOR CLOSER  /  VERY SLIGHTLY Used
    These door closers were installed in the Washington D.C. emergency hospital constructed last year in the lower level of the Washington convention center.  The hospital was never used.  It was dismantled and the components sold off.  So they were installed and perhaps the door was opened a few times at most.  Most have a very small touch of white paint at the edges where the body meets the door--see image.
    The only install instructions we have are photocopies from the manufacturer's catalog--see images.
    You will receive exactly what is in the images--the closer body, the arm, 6 screws and the plastic cap for the body, and the photocopies of the manufacturer's catalog.
    We can fit two closers in a post office medium flat rate box.
